Thanks for your feedback FrouFrou, AnnieDrews and pixiefalls. I'm going to continue what I'm doing for now and not aim for a specific number but continue to walk everyday to build strength and endurance and include a second workout a few days per week.
Yesterday I did WATP 5K with a Twist (one of my favs) and I incorporated a resistance band. I haven't been out of the track much lately. I'm seeing better results with Leslie Sansone's videos.
I'm attempting WATP 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk for the first time shortly. I can do this!
