Yesterday I did WATP 4 mile challenge in the morning and Leslie's 3 mile ExerciseTV video last night! The first time I did over 4 miles in one day.
I'm doing WATP 4 Really Fast Miles this morning. I might take tomorrow off from walking or just do one intense mile.
I have a question...does any one here set weekly or monthly goals for miles walked? For September I'm thinking about doing that for myself, but I have no idea how to pick a number! I've only recently step up my walking exercise so I don't want to overdo it, but I want a challenge too!
