I just did a 3 mile WATP video. It's pouring raining outside and it's nice not to have to depend on the weather to workout.

Sunnyside, I can definitely relate. It's been rainly, chilly & windy here!

Great job everyone! Today I did 5 miles of the Walk It Off & Tone It Up plus total body workout. This one pushes me a bit harder I think. Love it!

Yesterday I did WATP 4 mile challenge in the morning and Leslie's 3 mile ExerciseTV video last night! The first time I did over 4 miles in one day.

I'm doing WATP 4 Really Fast Miles this morning. I might take tomorrow off from walking or just do one intense mile.

I have a question...does any one here set weekly or monthly goals for miles walked? For September I'm thinking about doing that for myself, but I have no idea how to pick a number! I've only recently step up my walking exercise so I don't want to overdo it, but I want a challenge too!

Sunny...I used to set mile goals but no longer do. I do write down all my exercise everyday for some reason but not for goals, just do. WTG on the 4 miles!

Today...4 fast miles & WATP Walk & Jog. Will end the day with a walk.

Hi gang! This morning I did miles 1,2 & 3 of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. Wore the weighted belt.

Sunnyside-I don't really set goals, but I like to do a min. of 2 miles/day during the week. Preferably 3. I'm really having a hard time making time to do the longer workouts which are what I really need. I've put on some pounds and can't seem to get started losing it. Of course, I believe it's the calories that are hanging me up.

If anyone is on Facebook. On Leslie's Walk page, there is a section called Walk Social. I think it was orig. meant to be more of a community, but I've been using it to log my miles since about Feb. I know there have been a few I've forgotten to log, but as of today, I've walked 302 miles since Feb. It's nice seeing it add up like that!!

Sunnyside - I don't set goals up for exercising. I've considered it, but I usually try to do 5 miles most often. If I remember I will write down what I've done in a yearly calendar I keep in my nightstand. It's nice to see what I've been doing so handy (I also try and log my weigh-ins.) It's hit or miss right now haha.

Annie - That's wonderful! 300 is a lot. Congrats.

My work hours have been all over the place. Too tired to exercise, but I hope to get some in tomorrow!

Speaking of goals...I set a goal for myself of 10 pounds in 10 weeks. I need to get this off! Will record tomorrow's weight honestly and go from there!

I just can't get off the walk strong 2mi with 5lb weights. Seems to do the most for the amount of time. We walked for 6 hr. yesterday at the Minnesota state fair. Wow
