Annie- Thanks! I do feel a lot better now.

Great job everyone. I could have exercised the last two days, but I kept putting it off. I did 5 miles today though!

Hello ALL!

Sorry I've been MIA...it has been a little crazy the last two weeks! I have been exercising a little last week and getting back on track this week. I started school Monday and trying to get on a schedule so my exercise is not pushed to the back burner so...

Today I started the morning off with a 30 minute brisk walk outdoors and then did the 3 mile Walk Away the Waist...feeling good!

Glad you are feeling better PIXIE!

Got in the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends w/ 2# weights this morning!

It's been a crazy week getting back into the swing of getting my son off to school (the other is in college) and to marching band practice by 7 a.m. I've been trying to get to bed at least 30 min. earlier on those nights so I can be sure and get up and exercise. It's also been a crazy week at work. I am relaxing tonight...well, if doing laundry and watering flowers can be called relaxing....as the boys are at their Dad's. I'm REALLY looking forward to the weekend.

I may try to do a yoga DVD I bought a while back. It has a bedtime routine on it. I've never done it before.

I did a 3 mile walk at home DVD this morning and will powerwalk for 2 miles outside after dinner.

Breaking up my walks - one in the AM and one in the PM is really helping me with increasing my endurance (not to mention my legs are starting to look fabulous!)

Hello

Sunnyside...that's what I do, I break up my exercise. I try to get 2 dvd's and a walk a day...morning, noon'ish and afternoon/early evening. Works better for me!

Valeriao...sorry about your knee. WTG getting back on track!

Good job Annie!

For me today I did dvd's...WATP Scultp & Burn, 1 mile WATP with Booster and the BL 1 mile Power walks #1 & 2. Feeling good about that!

Hi FrouFrou (I love your username BTW!) I completely agree with you. I'm not sure why I thought I had to get all of my miles in at once? Oh well!

Yesterday I ended up walking 6 miles for the first time! 3 miles at home in the morning, 1 mile on the track after dinner (had to go home because my bf's knee was bothering him) so I came back home and did a 2 mile dvd. I'm really feeling it today!

My plan today is to do another 2 mile walk at home DVD and to walk about 2.5 miles outside after dinner.

No, Carol, it is by.....Elena Brower. not familiar with her and still haven't done the darn thing!

Only had time for 1 mile this morning. Used the Get Up and Get Started on the 5 Day Fit Walk. 2# weights.

Forgot to post yesterday, did 2 miles.

Taking a free day today! That is the plan anyway, we'll see by the end of the day if that happens, lol.

Have a GREAT weekend!

I took the day off from walking yesterday, but I did take a killer spin class! Will resume today with the WATP 4 mile video.

Thanks Christina!

Val, hope your knee feels better!

I think I only exercised the one time last week. No real reason, just didn't. Today I did 5 miles of the Walk It Off & Tone It Up plus the total body slim down. Forgot how nice this one was!
