Hello, I was planning on taking Sunday off, but I did 1/2 mile. Today, I completed 1 mile. I'm shopping for WATP dvds. I like the ones with a group of exercisers and upbeat music. Most of my favorites are on VHS tapes. I 'm looking for old favorites on dvd.
It has just been a weird week here. My sons and I went to see the Yanni concert last night (AWESOME!) and I didn't get to sleep until midnight, so I slept in this morning instead of exercising. I was down a half pound, though, so happy about that!
Yesterday, I did 2 miles from the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk.
I did Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds 3 miles with Abs video for the first time yesterday and I found the time just flew by and sweat was pouring off of me!
I didn't exercise yesterday, i guess i'll consider it a "rest" day. I've been sick since about Wednesday so I certainly needed the rest. Anyway, i was feeling somewhat better today and did 5 miles of the U5DWP. I love it.
Got too busy to check in yesterday. Did Miles 1 & 5 of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk yesterday and miles 1, 2 & 3 of same DVD today. I am getting in a rut with that one, need to mix it up a bit. It's just so handy to get in 3 miles in 36 min. instead of 45!!
I'm having to get up earlier certain days with my son as he has to be at marching practice at 7 a.m., so maybe I can get some more miles in.
I want to look for one or two of the newer DVDs, too.
