Check-In: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
This is my last week for my first month of Insanity. Next week is Recovery week. Core Cardio & Balance is scheduled for the recovery week. I also have the deluxe workout Max Interval Sports Training. The rotation says that you can substitute these workouts for each other. I will probably rotate them, unless one of them absolutely kills me. I think I did better with the workout today. I wasn't kneeling on the floor in my sweat (taking a break) as much as I normally do.
I guess that's an improvement, right?
The first month of workouts are shorter. I think the longest workout is 42 minutes. Some days you add on the ab workout and that's 17 minutes. Next month the workouts are much longer. They range from 55 minutes to 86 minutes.
I have always loved longer cardio workouts, but I am skeered of these. I truly don't feel like I am ready for the next month.

12/7/15 I finally got back into the 150's!
01/1/16 Vacation hit and now it's my goal to get back into the 150's.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
