For tracking purposes, how do you determine the calorie burn when you use a JM circuit type video (Rippedin30, Banish Fat, etc.) or insanity. MFP , SparkPeople, LoseIt!, WW don't have a calorie calculator specific to these workouts and I am uncertain w which type to substitute. Thanking you in advance~
