Hello ladies!! Weighed in at 161 so another pound lost so far this week

Check in: Fire 55EZ and Abs 10.

Diana, I also love the weighted gloves and wear them for every cardio workout! My shoulders are so toned and I know that has a big part of it!

Take care all!

Does anyone have plans for the weekend?

Diana - how are you holding up? Your workouts and plans look great

Laura - meant to type this last time then got in a hurry because my kids were about to level the house:

on your 60 lb mark!

Today's check in: doing TF Core 20 and then running quarter mile repeats with those doggone stairs in between

How is this for a weird non-scale victory? I went to donate plasma today and they wouldn't let me because my heart rate was too LOW! Apparently I'm just too healthy, LOL! Glad to see that evidence that the program is working while I await the visual results

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: 5 Mile Mall Walk

I'm hanging in there, having my moments. I am totally overwhelmed with my Mom's house and stuff. My Mom was a shopper and it shows! She loved purses and shoes. Also, another frustrating thing is how she dealt with paperwork. She threw everything in drawers! There is paperwork from where we lived in Texas 35+ years ago! I am an organized person, so this drives me nuts! Oh, well, I will get though this, in time. (unless it kills me first )
