Default T-Tapp anyone?

I'm considering starting T-tapping and wondered if anyone here had experience with it. I've reserved the book and DVD Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes by Teresa Tapp at the library.

Tell me about your experience with it.

Coffee Lover - how did T-Tapp turn out for you? (Hoping that if I bump this thread up, maybe someone will chime in and answer your original question - I'd love to know more, too!)

It works as far as inch loss. I did it for 2 years almost exclusively, but I was never so bored in my life. I also got tired of the constant upselling on her forum, but most people should be able to ignore that. I'd "try before you buy" as they are $$$. I never read the book because I had every VHS she made up until that point (like hundreds of dollars which I made back on Ebay--when I say I was bored, I mean I'd rather watch paint dry on one leg).
