I love Insanity! And don't worry...being so sore you feel like you can't walk goes away after about a week lol. Shaun T is pretty awesome...he doesn't annoy me like most work out video "instructors."

Today I did Insanity Cardio Recovery. Compared to other days it doesn't even feel like a work out but it's always a nice break

Volschika007 today was cardio recovery for me too.. thank god I can't wait for the soreness to go away! Or at least fade a bit.. Have you noticed any results from it or do you think it's too soon to tell?

This weekend, i'm going camping with my ex boyfriend and his family(Yes, we're getting along).
They're NOT likely to have healthy food (his aunt makes the best desserts). However, I will eat what they have, mostly vegetables, and I'm bringing a cooler of my own with fruits and vegetables. It should be a fun weekend. I'm hoping not to gain any weight, but if I don't lose any this weekend that will be okay.
Happy Memorial Day Everyone!

Kay7jay - I haven't lost any weight yet (boo!) but I have noticed the exercises already getting easier. My 2nd fit test is Monday so we'll see then just how much I've improved. I'm just hoping I start to see some weight loss soon!

Today was insanity cardio power and resistance and I also went swimming for a bit

I'm already seeing a bit of improvement in the warm up and my stretches, plus I see my friendly calf muscle again! helloooooo defined calf muscle. I managed through pure cardio just now! yay.

I've heard that when you do intense work outs the sore muscles hold onto water so that might be why Volschika007

Yes, to this. If you are sore, your muscles are probably holding onto water for repair.

Everyone is doing a great job! Keep it up!

I'm really not ever sore anymore from work outs but I'm still up 1 pound from when I started. I'm just getting so aggrevated because I've been hovering around 200 for so long and all I want is to just see 199. I thought for sure adding a more intense work out program like this would do it for me but its been 2 weeks and no budge on the scale at all...and my measurements are even exactly the same as they were. blargh.

anyway. today was pure cardio and cardio abs. they're crazy for having us do 2 work outs on one day lol
