hey guys I just started insanity yesterday and a place to check in would be helpful so i may use this thread if its alright
I did the fit test yesterday (posted results in the insanity thread). I was sore this morning from that. it was a work out in itself!
Today I did plyometric cardio circuit. I had to sit out a lot but I kept pushing myself to do all I could until the very end so Im proud of myself for somewhat surviving it.
i've never really done dvd work outs before so we'll see if i can stick to it
Volschika007 Hi and Welcome to the check-in! We do a variety of workouts, so everyone is welcome. Congrats on your first Insanity workout! I have heard that the Insanity program is a tough one!

Thank you it is pretty tough but I'm getting through it the best I can. I'm so sore so I know it's working and it keeps me doing it so far.
Today was Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance. It kicked my booty. I really suck at push ups and it had a lot of push-up type work outs so I did all I could and collapsed waiting for the next work out lol. Hopefully I'll get better at it over time!
lol, i posted on the april thread. so, i love turbo fire. started in feb and did 6 weeks then changed jobs, kids got sick, a friend needed me (her dad died) and lo and behold, i was off track. SO today i started anew. Week one day one. I LOVE TF ..... I love kickboxing.... i need to lose 60 so my goals are 20 summer, 20 fall, and 20lbs next spring. Hopefully i can do that!
Week one day two for me.. I tried this once before but fell off track. hoping this forum will help keep me accountable this time around! Along with full time school and work I absolutely have to remember to keep my fitness going!!
today was Insanity Cardio Recovery. It was a nice break from the intense work outs, but I was almost a little disappointed because I was ready to go hard again. I think my body needed it, though.
