I'm trying a test post yet again. I have tried replying to this thread about 4 times now I am 37 years old and from Alabama. I am two days away from my birthday and very unhappy with my physical self. I am presently at 214lbs. I have not exercised for the better part of a year (since I got divorced). I used to be very active swimming and kayaking. Now I am too tired to do most things. The most exercise I get now is yard work, vegetable gardening and caring for my free range chickens. The veggie garden is a new thing which I hope will help with my diet. I wanted to find a fitness partner/motivator to support me with trying to start TurboFire and/or Chalene Extreme. They do no good sitting on a shelf. I enjoy cooking a great deal and just enjoying the outdoors, reading and I want to feel fashionable again. I hope I can find some good support on this thread. That's my intro. Let's cross our fingers that this post goes through.

Hi Everyone!

No workout today. I took my Mom shopping. I might not be able to workout tomorrow since I am cooking a big meal. We'll see how it goes.

Default I will Start TuroFire today....

I got the birthday party over and done with yesterday so I am starting my TurboFire today. Any recommendations? Should I combine my Chalean Extreme and TurboFire or should I start out with TurboFire only?

PeuAPeu While I was losing, cardio worked best for me. Everyone is different though. I did mostly cardio but added in 1 or 2 days of weights so I could maintain my muscle mass. If you do it this way, I would make sure your weight days are full body.

I did my workout off the hybrid schedule. It was Burn Circuit 1 on Chalean Extreme and Fire 30 from TurboFire. I even convinced my sweetie to do it with me. He's great!
