I stopped at a mile and will keep doing that much for a couple of weeks till I get some energy back. I cannot believe how weak I've become. I had to put my little weights down and finish without them!
About the docs advice... one says yoga only and another says try anything.
So far, so good, so I'm sticking with this as long as I feel I'm doing more good than harm.
Well, I'm off to Amazon to check out some newer Walk Away workouts.
PS the scales were nice to me this morning.
