Saturday I cleaned house for over 6 hours - that was my exercise for the dya.
I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 Day Ultimate Walk Plan, and did the warmup and cool down with the purple and green miles.
there is a new 3 mile walk on Leslie's facebook page if anyone is looking for something new
it's free. you just have to go thru a few steps to get to it. it looks like a real class with most of the walker's backs to us.
here's the steps:
Step 1: Visit the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Facebook Page.
Step 2: Click on the Walk Social icon:
Step 3: Click the ‘like’ button to unlock the Walk Social App. If you have already done this, you can skip to Step 4.
Step 4: The Recent Activities page will show up. Select the Track Your Walk button indicated below:
Step 5: The Walk Social App will request you to login with either your Facebook account or your email. Choose whatever is most convenient for you!
