Hey guys, I'm back!
I think I gained a few pounds over Easter break, but they're gonna come back off.
Today's plan: Fire 45 Class.
My 21 year old sister introduced me to Insanity. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks extremely difficult, but I LOVE Shaun T's enthusiasm, and the music is pretty good too!
some of the workouts are on YouTube, so once I get back up to the level of fitness that I was before, I'll try insanity.
