It's one of my favorite videos!! I do level 1 sometimes when I just want to get a work out in and it still can kick my butt haha!
On the extreme, level 4 is awesome - INTENSE but awesome - a lot of the moves I do in my kickboxing/cross-fit classes - Jillian knows what she's doing. I like ripped in 30 more than 30DS b/c she includes more moves in the 3 min/weights section [3 moves repeated once for 3 min instead of 2 moves repeated once for 3 min in 30DS] - to me that is just better personally.
