Is it just me, or are these WAY better than the workout DVD's we have now? It just seems like most of them today advertise things like abs in 4 minutes a week (noooo way) and those old tapes actually last 45 minutes with a warm up and cool down to help you along. They actually explain what they're doing and why.
For example, I found one of my Mom's arms & abs videos with Tamilee Webb. I pretty much love her. Also, Richard Simmons' tapes are just plain fun while also getting you to sweat.
Am I alone in this preference? And does anyone else have any old workout tapes that they like to do?
I am married to the most amazing man I could possibly ask for. He's supportive and wonderful and has thought I was beautiful even 30+ pounds heavier than I am now.
I want to be healthy and happy. I want to never have any limitations on what I can and can't do because of my weight. And one day I want to be a fun and active Mom.
