I've been doing TurboJam since August 2011 and TurboFire since January 2012.
I want to start with the actual SCHEDULE for TurboFire, and I want to stay on track with it!!

I'm sorry that I didn't see your question before now. Here's a link to the schedule:
4/22/15 My current goal is to get into the 160's.
8/02/15 I was able to get back into the 160's.
My new goal is to not bounce back into the 170's and to work my way down to 165.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
