Hi everyone, started a new thread for March, rest day yesterday but I started level 2 today and to my surprise enjoyed it, though it was hard!!!! How are you all getting on??

I am going to join you! I started in January but have only been doing it on and off (mostly off ) but my birthday is at the end of this month so it motivates me in hopes of dropping on more size before my party! I also have Ripped in 30 which I am going to try and incorporate into my schedule.

Yay! I am so happy to see this. I was going to start a thread to see if anyone else was doing it.

I am doing good. I remember the first time I did it I felt like I was going to die but that was awhile ago. I have since gotten into better shape

I also just bought Killer Buns and Thighs so I might alternate between the two.

How is everyone else doing? Seeing any results?

I finished L1D10 today, tomorrow I'm supposed to start L2D1... wish me luck!

I have been doing 30DS and also Walk Away the Pounds for two weeks, so far I think I have lost 3 pounds and overall 5 inches (hips + waist + thighs + knees + arms) so I am pretty happy with it. Also, I am watching what I am eating and trying to stay under 1500/1600 calories. It's going not super fast, but it is going, which to my it's fine. As many people have said, it took me years to gain this way, it's not going to take me a couple of days to get rid of it!

Sparx, how was L2D1 for you? I am still doing pretty much the modified version on a bunch of exercises. What's your experience?

Hi everyone level 2 day 2 done
Umimar - nice work I was still modifying the push ups on level 1 but today for the first time ever I find I can finally do some pushups!! I also dont go as deep into the squats and lunges however again I am finding I am getting deeper each day, I decided to progress on to level 2 anyway , it is hard but i'm actually enjoying it, I was ready for a change!
I didn't measure myself before I started but I know its working I can feel the difference in my clothes and I feel stronger, also I dropped 4lbs this week

Holly sh***!!! L2D1 was crazy!!!!!! I had to do almost everything with modifications, and I was huffing and puffing all the way into the workout, but I did it :P 9 more days doing this!!!!!?????!!!!!! oh well, I am committed so let it be!!!

I started 30DS a few weeks ago but I was off to a rough start. I'm still on level 1 with no sign of level 2 in sight. lol

How often do you guys plan to do this? I try to stick to it around 5 days a week.

I really want to join this, but I can't find my darn dvd. I bought it last year, but to be honest, I only did it a couple times cuz it kicked my butt and made me feel like a fat loser LOL I've now come to realize, that just means I need it all the more and it must really work. Mission for the day: FIND THAT DVD!! LOL

L2 D2 done! The first part of the circuit went a little bit better today. BUT, the last ab session was a huge killer!!!! 2 down, 8 more to go
Sparx, keep doing it, you're my personal trainer! Are you planning on continuing it after the 30 days or go to the Ripped one?

I'm not exactly sure what day I am on but it's around day 10 or so...all that matters is I survived yet another session. Kudos to those that made it to level 2. I am so out of shape it's not even funny.
