Good morning everybody! L2D6 here.
Glad to see you back, Sparx!
Panshrmu, I think what you should do is measure yourself before you start, so you can see results other than the pounds. For me, I think it's more noticeable in inches than in pounds. So far I have probably lost around 5 pounds but I can tell my body is starting to be a little bit more toned (let's be realistic, this dvd won't operate miracles, and in a month you cannot undo what you have being "diligently" working on for years, at least in my case :P).
I think the key is perseverance and the whole point of a 30 day regime, at least to me, is to jump start the exercise routine so you can continue it forever, maybe not at this intensity, but definitely something on a regular basis.
Drivenbyambition, I started it weighing 195lb. :P the only thing I had been previously doing was walking on a regular basis, around my apartment complex. Then, I started the Walk Away the Pounds (Leslie Sansone, there's a forum for that too) and I decided to combine it with this after reading reviews and comments here. I am glad I did. Walking is not enough for me, I need to add the circuit training or the body gets used to it.
I am not an expert (I am light years away :P) but I really feel proud of myself for sticking to it (I loathe exercise) I am very happy to having found this forum where people like me struggle and succeed
that keeps me going.
Thanks everybody!
