Ok, I finally did my measurements today. First time I measured was Feb. 19, and I started the 30DS on Feb 21. Hips 48 in. (huge hips here), waist 36 in. Today, April 1 (I finished the 30 DS on March 29) Hips 45 in., waist 33.4. I lost 11 lb. I am very happy with the result
I also added some extra cardio (walk away the pounds) and counted calories (no more than 1500). Now I am doing Ripped in 30. Today I did L1D2.
For those of you that doing the 30DS, keep it up, cause it works
