Emily No. For some reason, I don't click with Chalene's weight workouts. I have no idea why, since I love her cardio. For weight work, I am doing 10 Pound Slim Down Xtreme. I have noticed that the #10 SD Xtreme program has really increased my endurance. I did TF 60 the other day and didn't even break a sweat. It felt like I didn't even work out.
