I'm trying to rev up my workout regimen. I've been trying out different videos and getting back into my walking videos, but I feel like I want a challenge. I was thinking of trying out the 30 Day Shred for two reasons; I will force myself to workout once a day, and I will raise my endurance levels. I would wait until March 1st to start but I just don't want to wait. Does anyone want to take on this challenge with me? Workout buddy? Thanks
