L1D10, the last day, is tonight! I'm doing 30DS on M, W & F and then doing the Ripped in 30 on T & Th, Saturday is DVD of my choosing and Sunday is rest or a Walk Away The Pounds DVD.
It's working well! I'm down to 196, as of Saturday. Then, of course, I was up
wayyyyy too late on Saturday night so my body revolted, as it tends to do, so I was up to 198 yesterday and today. But it's just water weight from not sleeping as much as I should, and it'll be back down.
