Welcome Melokoton! I hope you'll join us when you get your DVDs! I really like the program and I'm sure you will too. For the first time in my life I have muscles I can see and feel in my arms and my legs feel a lot tighter (especially in the backs of my thighs, the 'orange peel' area!). I love it! I haven't lost any weight but that isn't really my goal at this point and I am not doing the cardio videos since I cycle for cardio instead and I don't do Recharge since I go to yoga once a week
You can totally make the program work for you, whatever your goals are!
Push Circuit 2 is a bit easier than Circuit 1, imho. I think my legs will be burning tomorrow though - lots of single leg exercises. Phew!! I miss Leiley, I liked how smiley she was. Glad you're on Push now as well Karray!
