Happy Sunday! resting today.... probably will take the dogs for a nice long walk later. The weather is so nice lately. It hardly seems like winter.

Hi Everyone!

Check-In:
#10 SD Xtreme, Xtreme Upper Body w/5's, 8's, and 10's
#10 SD Xtreme, Recovery Upper Body w/5's, 8's, and 10's

Something is going to be hurting tomorrow. ! Today is day one of the second week of #10 SD Xtreme. This week the focus is on the upper body. The next week, the focus will be on abs/core. The last week, the focus will be on lower body. I think this program is going to kill me. If it does, I wonder if DH can get a refund of my money.

TJ FAt Blaster (which is pretty much HIIT from TF) and TF Abs 10
I feel like I need to add in some heavy weight training at least for chest/back.
Time to dig out my Bowflex weights and Chalene Extreme DVDs.

Diana-no pain, no gain, right ?
Today: TF Upper 20 + Stretch 10 + Kettlebel Swings.
I'm adding kettlebell routine for every day, I really miss lifting and need to shake it up a bit!

Ha Ha! I'm trying not to think about it! The rotation this week isn't so bad. Hopefully I will live a little while longer.
