Hello everyone today was my first day of Turbo Fire! I felt really good after doing it! I did Fire 30 and stretch 10. I really hope this works for me and I'm really excited about it. I dont have any weights or anything yet tho but i was wondering what i should get, the resistance bands, weights or the weighted gloves? Thanks!
