I must have bought these DVD's about 3 years ago but I just found them (still in the box) today while cleaning. Does or has anyone ever done them? I read the Amazon reviews and heard nothing but good things but was surprised not to find a thread for them on here. Let me know if anyone has any feedback either way...

Okay, my report! I thought they were really good, challenging but do-able. Its a nice quick workout that leaves you feeling like you really did something.
