So I am starting the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today and thought I would keep a daily post about it just to keep me motivated. Anyone is welcome to join



So when I went to open the package it turns out that my husband ordered the P90X and not the 30 day Shred

i started today and holy crap, it is SO hard if you're completely out of shape like me. i had to take quite a few breaks and did it without the weights, BUT i did make it to the end. ill keep posting on this thread.
