i'm following the workout guide that comes with Turbo Fire. Today is supposed to be my rest day, So I just went for a hour long walk, and 30 mins of Yoga when I returned home.

I've been really rubbish today, and spent most of the day in bed with a migraine

so I haven't exercised at all today. I promise I will work extra hard tomorrow to make up for it.
