So finally got the 5 mile dvd today! Was supposed to be here last friday but I guess the holiday messed that up...anyway, haven't tried it yet but plan to tomorrow. Not all 5 miles but going to start it and see how it is. Love that the stretch band came with it, didn't realize it did.

Leslie has a jogging dvd/video??? No way!!! I didn't know that! cool. And you say its not hard, I may be inclined to give it a try then. I'm not one that likes to run or jog, I like to walk fast. I thought about jogging but I faint just thinking about it! LOL. I am so out of shape.

I found that Leslie's 3 mile is a bit boring, but I still like her. Maybe I should start using her videos again, perhaps this will get me motivated and stay motivated.

I just became lazy the past 3 or 4 years and cant get out of dul drums! UGH.

Anyways...I'll have to look for Leslie's other videos. (I didnt know she had mile 4 or 5!)

Hello everyone! I've been hanging in there and averaging 2-3 miles weekdays.

I wanted to buy the new 5 mile DVD, but Wal Mart didn't have it that day. But I did get the Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles DVD. I just really wanted a new walk to try. I don't want it to get boring or to get in a rut of doing the same ones over and over.

I love the Fast & Firm 4....it was a great workout and I love the resistance band exercises in it. Leslie does a few yoga moves during the stretch and I kinda liked them. I've never done yoga, so I may give her yoga DVD a look.

Keep walkin'!!!

Love Leslie's videos! Even if I struggle with eating I try to do 2 miles of any of her videos at least 3 days a week.

I should be receiving 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk sometime very soon! Excited!!!! I <3 Walk at Home!

I did most of the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk w/ 2# weights this morning. Had to fast forward through part of the last mile so I would be on time for work!

I really like the Burn Body Fat, Sculpt Your Arms DVD. It uses weights and I need that at my age 62.
