Help finding a particular workout

Hi everyone! I've got a kindof odd question in relation to looking for a good workout video. The closest I've ever come to a video workout is on a roommate's Wiifit, but had to give it up because our neighbors downstairs complained about the bouncing on the floor.

So, looking for a workout that doesn't have a lot of bouncing involved. Does anyone have any suggestions, or is there no way I'm going to find a workout without jumping and running in place?

Leslie sansone walk dvds. She has a ton of different ones. There are a few with boosted walking (jogging) but you can always just fast walk in place.
