Hi Everyone! TGIF! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Well, I failed! I had planned on continuing with my walking workouts for today. I totally rebelled!

Check-In: TF Fire 60 w/weighted gloves - It was a blast! LOVED IT!

Does anyone else here use weighted gloves?

I have weighted gloves that I used for turbo jam. I haven't used them for turbo fire but maybe once I'm in better shape and need more of a challenge. Right now just the videos are a good workout for me.

I've been off track with the schedule.

Today I did: 20 HIIT

Hopefully I'll be back on track starting monday.

I got down to 190lbs in August 2011 but I got distracted and gained 15lbs back within a couple months. I restarted on October 20, 2011 at 204.4lbs.

Mini Goals:
210lbs (Mar 16/11)| 200lbs (Nov 1/11) | 190lbs | 180lbs | 170lbs | 160lbs | 150lbs
