Hey all,

I am currently finishing up my first round of Shaun T's Insanity and planning a second to start on October 10th. My buddy for this round is starting over with her friends so I am kinda "buddy-less", and it is nice to have someone to talk to who is in the same spot. you can reply or hit me up on facebook, I created a page separate from my personal one to talk about insanity on... think I am driving my friends and family nuts hahaha
