All i can say is when you wake up the next day and your arms and legs feel as if they are falling off- PUSH THROUGH. Doing it the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day will make your muscles feel better the rest of the day for the days to come. The pain does drop off around the 5th day. You will see results. Don't eat too much when you do it, but don't hold back from your body, you will want a little more, choose something healthy. You will see results! Also, after the first few days on a certain level, use music- believe it or not you will want to strangle her. I only did level 1 for a month but it worked well for me. Gonna do it again soon. Have fun, stick with it!
Also, protein, protein, protein- your muscles will thank you, tons of water, and the first couple of days aleve was my best friend.
