Cathy - Thanks for the info on the new DVD. I plan on picking one up this weekend.

Last night - 2 miles walk/jog (Week 2, Day 2 C25K)
This morning - 10 mile bicycle ride

Carol - I found the same thing. I just ordered it online at WalMart and will have it next week. It cost $11.96 before tax and shipping.

hi everyone - I'm still keeping on track with my 30 days of exercise in September, although with my cold, it's been a lot more Wii Fit instead of WATP, as that is a little easier for me to handle when I'm not feeling 100%. I did 30 minutes last night, 2900 steps, so not too bad!

hey gang
I did 2 miles this morning. I used the new 5 Really Big Miles dvd and did the warmup, 1st and 5th miles and cooldown.

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

Wow, I've had trouble getting up this week. Only time for 2 milers since Tues. Power Walk With Friends this morning. Better than nothing, but I am really working on getting back to losing.

Guess I probably will end up ordering the new DVD, too. I really like the walk strong workout. I really needed that one. I started with 1lb weights and now 2lb weights seems pretty easy but I think I'll wait a little while before going up to 3lb.
