Hi Everyone!

Check-In:
~KCM's 30 MTF TLC Conditioning Workout w/weighted gloves - standing portion
~TF Fire 45 EZ w/weight gloves

Anyone have plans for the Labor Day weekend? DH and I plan on having something like a staycation. We will eat at some restaurants that we haven't been to in a while. When I was in weight loss mode, it was just too difficult to go to certain places. I am going to try to enjoy them this weekend, in moderation. Wish me luck. Also, a friend of mine asked me to the movies. Our DH's will be hunting together this weekend. We'll have a nice time, I'm sure. Maybe get some lunch, too.

Diana- have a great labor day. It sounds like you have a lot of fun planned. I'm going to a wedding Sunday and the rest of the time with family.

Today- 2 zumba classes at the y 1 hour each- I have class during my favorite intense zumba class so I went this afternoon and evening to try to burn the same number of calories.

Woops! Haven't checked in for a while.

Did Fire45 and Stretch 10 today. Was supposed to do 45EZ - didn't realize there was a difference. Oh well!

And I'm switching to a P90X/TurboFire hybrid now. This is Day 2 and boy am I sore! I forgot how much effort Tony Horton wants in his videos.

Diana- the swim was great with mid 90's yesterday and today the high is 80 degrees so good thing I went yesterday.

today- 30 elip and 20 min treadmill fast walking

I didn't have time to workout today. A friend and I went to lunch and the movies today. Afterward, it was time for DH and I to go to dinner. I rarely miss a workout. Tomorrow I will be back on plan!

I'm so glad we're calling this Turbo Fire and More!! I'm going to do a lot of Insanity Workouts, but I like posting here. Good to know I dont have to find another thread!

Today's workout Insanity Fit Test (2nd time) I was surprised at my progress.
