Mindy You can always add on a workout of your choice. Chalene even mentions in one of the workouts that the workout is short, you have time to do something extra.

I did a 6.5 mile run/walk on a very hilly course today. I goofed and had Burger King right afterwards, thinking I could compensate for the calories with the run and eating lighter later in the day, but that didn't quite work out. I've wanted to snack all evening.

Lesson learned!

Mindy I've had this happen to me when I have had planned higher calorie meals. The carry over effect is frustrating.

One last day of rest today!

Mindy- wow that wonderful about a 6.5 mile run/walk
Tomorrow I plan on adding to my workouts the couch to 5k program. I'll see if I can do it. Running is really hard with my asthma but it's a personal goal to be able to run a 5k.

Hi Everyone!

Teacher I know you will do great with the couch to 5K! You can do it!

I have been having some migrating back pain. I'm not sure if it's from all of the weight work I have been doing or what. I have been doing a lot of KCM's workouts and they contain a lot of hidden core work. I'm not going to do any weight work this week and see how it goes. Also TTOM started today. That may be part of the issue. I could only have DOMS but as you know, TTOM makes everything worse. KWIM?

insanity fit test.

my bday is 60 days away and ive decided to go into 2-a-days. insanity gets my heart rate up, so i'll do that in the morning and do turbo fire in the evenings.
