Simply, I'm wondering if anyone knows how many calories are burned during Workout 1 of the 30 day shred for someone around 215 lbs. I'm trying to keep track of my calories in a day better and would really like to start logging this. It doesn't have to be an exact number, a ball park number would be fine. Just as long as it wasn't over extending anyways.
