Hi Everyone!

I didn't see a July thread, so I started one. Hopefully I didn't miss it.

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July and/or weekend.

I did a lot of swimming and walking over the weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed getting away.

Diana- Ah, I have summer brain right now. I just kept posting in June and wasn't even thinking about the month change. It's kind of nice to flake out. Thanks for starting the thread

Hi Everyone!

This week is my "Recovery" week on the TF Schedule. I am going to be trying out some new workouts that I have. I will pick back up with the Advanced Cardio section next week.

hey ladies....just wanted to check in....it's been a little over a week since i broke my foot but the good news it is healing pretty quick. I am able to be up and walking around. looking forward to checkin back in with exercise updates...i payed attention to your advise and really watched my diet and i am down 10 lbs even without working out at all. i am staying on a positive note and hope to check in with you ladies in a couple weeks.....
