Hi everyone! I'm planning to move on to Turbo Fire after I finish the current workout videos that I'm doing, so I'm reading up a bit about Turbo Fire in advance. I read up that there's a prep schedule for beginners who aren't really ready for the HIIT workouts yet. Did anyone here skipped the prep schedule? I'm not really a total beginner, I've been exercising for months now, I'm currently doing a Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs hybrid coupled with walk at home dvd's, but those workouts aren't really high impact and I'm a bit worried about my knees (they're not especially weak, but I'm obese so I want to be careful). Thanks.

seina Hi! I started with the regular TF schedule. I'm not familiar with the beginner schedule. TF has a modifier that does an excellent job in keeping things low impact. That should be of help and keep things low impact for your knees. Even though you will be keeping it low impact, the intensity is still up there.

Seina You can do it, too. It's all about consistency. Find a food program, counting calories, WW, that works for you. Find a way of working out or moving that works for you. Then do it and stay consistent with it. It's all about consistency and not giving up.
