Hi Diana! Thanks for your reply. I was going to aim my questions at you since you seem very knowledgeable about TF. I have been giving my knees a break this week by not exercising although I walk around in the stores during my lunch break at work. They haven’t been popping (gross, isn’t it? LOL) as much as they had been and I try to get up and walk around every hour instead of just staying put at my desk. I reaaallyyy want TF, I’m like obsessing over it LOL. Maybe if I order it now I can try it out next week LOL.
