Starting over again, I had gone back to Walk Away the Pounds due to an injury but Im back on the Turbo Fire horse again, so I started again with week #1 today. Fire 30?Stretch 10 today!

Check in.... TF fire 30 and stretch 10....this was my 1st time using TF...i have to say...it kicked my butt....but seriously how does she keep going with so much energy??!!! I only hope some day that I will have the kind of energy she does.
