I love my workouts. The Quick Fit System is a 12 week program with a combination of 3 35min Cardio workouts plus 4 Body Workouts. So one day you can do cardio and the next day work on your legs, and so forth. You stay on a plan for 2 weeks and increase what you do. So for week 1&2, I had Cardio M-W-F and Body workouts T-R-S and rest on Su. For week 3&4 it kicks up do Cardio and Body workouts on certain days and it keeps increasing. I don't think I have actually completed the whole 12weeks, but last time I did this, I lost 35lbs and I hadn't changed my eating habits. This time I changed my eating habits first and then started my routine. I'm excited.
