Did the 3 Mile Boot Camp this morning. Has been a while since I did that one and I forget how good of a workout it is! If you haven't tried it, you should!

Saturday - Biggest Loser Walk (3 miles)
Sunday - 5-Day Slim Down (3 miles) weights, crunches
Today - 12-mile bicycle ride

It is in the 100's here for the next few days so I am trying to get those workouts in during the early am hours.

I didn't workout Monday or Tuesday because I've been depressed about my stupid ex. Ugh..

Today I'm going to do 3 miles and after that I'm going to work with weights focusing on my arms and stomach.
