Everyone is doing so great. Keep up the good work ladies.

I was planning on a nice workout last night, but I suffered an injury. This is actually pretty funny. I was getting some stuff for dinner out of my freezer and dropped a package of frozen tortillas. There was probably five tortillas in the package and it was pretty thin. The tortillas came down at an angle on my big toe and cut my toe at the nail bead (a one-inch gash). Ouch! My husband was helping me by raising my foot and putting pressure on the cut, but he could not stop laughing. I did not require stitches, but boy did that smart. I could not put my sneakers on and decided to take a break for the night. My husband is now referring to this as the "tortilla incident." I can laugh now, but that smarted. So beware of frozen tortillas, they can cause bodily injury. Ha Ha

Have a great weekend.

Hey, Jynx-On one of Leslie's DVDs, can't remember which, she mentions that going over 3 pounds isn't good, at least on her workouts. Maybe just use 2 or 3 and see if it gets better.

Didn't get my 5 miles in today so I'm going to try for it tomorrow.

I am new to this and my leader suggested the Walk away the pounds DVDs. I saw a 1 mile walk on her website and did it tonight (easy & fun). I saw someone mentioned you tube... Anyone have a link? If you want to PM me, feel free. I did see Netflix had some, so I should have one coming tomorrow. Hopefully I can join in on the fun! Thank you!!

Hi and welcome, OSU!! I don't do my videos online, but I'm sure someone can give you a link.

I did about 4.5 miles of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning. Had to get in the shower, so barely had enough time for that much.

Good Morning Ladies!

Decided that since the heat is picking up I would get up earlier (4:00 am) and workout before I leave for work. This morning - 3-Mile Bootcamp and just came back from 2 mile walk. It will be in the mid 90s today and wanted to get out for a walk before it got too toasty.
