Hi guys! I forgot to write on Thursday that I did 1 hr weights with my trainer. Then, as of Friday, I have been really sick!! So I'll be back in the game once I recover from this terrible terrible cold!

Hi  At the top of the thread you will see a button that says "thread tools". Click on that and you can subscribe to a thread (follow the instructions). Then at the top you will see a button called "Quick Links". Click on that. Toward the bottom you will see a button called "Subscribed Threads". That will take you to all the threads that you are subscribed to.

The Firm Ultimate Fat Burning Workout w/#5 (Boring! I hate boring workouts! On days that the TF schedule shows a short workout, I've been adding on an extra workout that I haven't done in a while. I wish I had picked something else. I hate a boring workout.  )

TF- Fire 30
HIIT 15.
The calendar (im in week 1) called for HIIT 15 and stretch 10, but i didn't work out yesterday so i added Fire 30.
On a positive note, I went to my favorite restaurant and ate responsibly!

Hi Everyone!
Today is a day of celebration for me. I went to the Endo this morning. My thyroid labs were good. I am still on the correct dosage of Synthroid. My BMI and weight are in a healthy range. The Dr. said for me to work on maintenance.

30 MTF Circuit Burn (Boxing & Cardio Premix w/weighted gloves)
TF Fire 30 w/weighted gloves
