Hi Everyone! TGIF! Have a great weekend!

The extra cardio didn't help with the insomnia last night. I'm trying it again.

Check-In:

accountability doesn't work if i only check in on the days i work out.

im checking in to say i didnt work out. my dog had a seizure last night and i was scared to doze off and not keep an eye on him. i slept in 45 minute increments.

needless to say i was dragging today. i will probably get only a little more rest tonight than last night, but tomorrow morning im working out for sure.

fluffyfashionista I'm sorry to hear about your dog having seizures. That's scary stuff. We have a lab and he's like our child. I can only imagine it was a long night for you. Have you been able to get to the Vet to find out what's going on. Take a break your body needs the rest.

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body Extreme Weight Loss Workout

This is a new workout for me. I really enjoyed it. I bought it from Sam's Club for under $9. I don't like weight lifting/toning workouts. This workout gets them done with a cardio effect. It moves quickly, so you don't notice the weights as much.

fluffy- that's scary. We don't have kids yet so my 2 dogs are my world. I hope the doggie is better now.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!

thank you so much guys for check on me. my doggy is kinda fine. this is actually the second time it happened. initially the vet thought is was damage from pesky ticks. i have him on an anti flea/tick medicine, but my neighbors have a super gross dog they dont take care off. needless to say, my dog like to go over there and play the minute i turn my back! his vet thought the temporary paralysis was due to tick damage.

sunday night the same thing happened so we knew ticks werent the issue, because he doesnt have any. it looks like he wont have to have daily medicine as long as they are months apart..but who want that. i dont have kids, he's is my kid! he's looking at me scared and im looking back at him scared. now i know to stay calm to help keep him calm.

its good to know this place is an all around support system.

anyway i was very tired doing TF 45EZ. My version was more like Turbo Fire 45 with 1 minute breaks every 9 minutes. im sure chalane didnt intend it that way!

fluffyfashionista Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear that everything seems to be stabilized now. We had a lab that started getting seizures after we had a major hurricane. We had to start giving him meds for it. Everything was fine with the meds. This was 20 years ago. We were told that the seizures starting had something to do with the barometric pressure from the hurricane. I don't know if that's true or if it was a coincidence. It is scary when our "babies" get sick, though.
