My problem is that sometimes the DVDs end up being too hard to pick up at the pace they say I should be able to. Any recommendations on good DVDs that are easy to pick up the routine?
Ellen Barrett workouts are done barefoot and are wonderful if you're a beginner or intermediate exerciser. She's encouraging and pleasant. Try Fat Burning Fusion to start with. To see any Workout DVDs before buying, go to collagevideo.com. To work with weights, try Jari Love. Right now, I let Jackie Warner whip me into shape.Tough but fun.
My one and only favourite is a Quick Fix workout with Janis Saffell.
It is a kickboxing cardio. I think it's the best for weight loss, cause you can really feel your muscles growing and fat leaving.
I love Quick Fix videos, my favorite are the abs workouts. Even when my abs were in pretty good shape they were a challenge. I also love my Billy Blanks Boot Camp Elite DVDs, and my guilty pleasure DVDs are the Carmen Electra Striptease ones. Maybe not the best workout, but giggling burns calories too!
I have a Bonnie Franklin Tap video that I ADORE. Any time I am feeling dumpy, I lace up my taps and pop Bonnie into the machine. I could not tap one step before I bought the DVD, now I can tap reasonably well. Love it - and it burns the legs!
Bonnie Franklin - from the 70's show "One Day At A Time" with Valerie Bertinelli!
id have to say zumba, it doesnt matter if you just flail around to begin with you still burn calories, and i started with just the 20min and abs ones before hitting the longer ones. Apart from that kettlenetics is fun but exhausting
