Chalean extrme is weight training. You need hand weights (at least 3 sets in different weights) or resistance bands. Its set up into 3 different months, burn (lower weights), push (high weights to push yourself), and lean. With interval training days, and cardio.. (IMO the cardio is hard at times).
Turbo fire is INTENSE... you really can't half do it. Turbo fire is also 6 days a week. ranging from 30-60 mins a day.
if you want something for moderate tolerance, and you're just beginning. Perhaps try Turbo Jam. Its by the same lady, and its very similar to turbo fire, but less LESS intense - its a very good stepping stone if that's where you plan on going.
