Has anybody done them? How do you like them? Have you had any results?
I've barely started doing them and I love the good sweat that it gives me after I do it. Just wondering if anybody has had any success with it. It is fairly new but makes exercising so much fun. I haven't actually bought the videos yet, I use the exercise TV On Demand feature at home.
I have his Cardioke DVD after trying it on On Demand and I love it! I lost a weight last year doing 30 minutes of it every day. The DVD is 1 hour long and it really gets your heart rate up. It does work your legs a little with running in place and the dance moves.
