Hi all. After a year away, I'm restarting ChaLEAN as of yesterday. I don't follow the program completely, since I'm a runner and am not willing to give up my half marathons. But I'm crossing my fingers I can stick to it this time. I didn't quite make it through Burn Phase last time, then sort of fell off the weightlifting wagon.

Well I am about to start Chalean Extreme again for the second time in the last year. I have been doing a variety of things since I was here last, Tae Bo, Power 90 and W.O.W - Weight off workout - Vicky Entwistle.....love that one....and of course my bellydancing. So after 7 weeks of WOW I will be looking to change it up a bit and add CX back into my program on Monday and use WOW for the cardio, its wonderful.
Hey, thenewjan! I used to post here when I started Chalean Extreme the last time, but I have started a new thread called 'Chalean Extreme in the New Year!' if you want to join us over there? I started it because this thread's been quiet for the last few weeks and wanted to get up some motivation for January! I'm going to do week 1 circuit 3 tonight and post about it over there!
